Vision: Create a digital homebase for Swiss associations
Challenge
Pivot from a social platform with no real user value to a striving community that reduces work for associations and gives them opportunities to generate more funds and visibility.
Goal:
Increase our customer base from 70 to 15'000 by creating real value for associations.

My Role:
Led the product discovery and strategy, created a business case that got funded by C-Level. Ownership of the roadmap and execute the product development in cooperation with our development agency.
