Creation of business-relevant Dashboard to track KPI's consistently and in real time.
Challenge
We faced a critical data challenge: incomplete or outdated information about host responsiveness, vehicle availability, and booking request acceptance harmed our ability to drive meaningful improvements. We needed a comprehensive data landscape to capture the right KPIs, enable real-time discovery, and guide both strategic and tactical decisions.
Goal:
Build centralized dashboards and pipelines to track essential metrics (e.g., conversion rate, acceptance rate, user re-attempt rate, host responsiveness) and surface insights for continuous optimization.
Key Insights:
Lack of Decision-Making Data
Initially, we had almost no visibility into user behaviors, host performance, or funnel conversion metrics.
As a result, it was unclear which features required the most urgent optimization or whether new product initiatives would yield the highest ROI.
Marketing Budget Ambiguity
With no clear data on acquisition, activation, or retention metrics, management struggled to determine how much to invest in marketing.
The lack of actionable KPIs impeded our ability to scale campaigns effectively or measure their impact on overall platform growth.
